What we collect

When you join the guest list, we collect the name and email address you give us, along with anything you choose to tell us about what you are building and which experience interests you. If you join the Inner Circle, payment is handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about ConnectionHub experiences, invitations, and membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the small team who runs these events and the service providers who help us deliver them.

Who else is involved

Stripe processes membership payments under its own privacy policy. Our email provider delivers messages between us. Both only receive what they need to do their part.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you would like to hear from us. Ask us to remove you and we will, promptly and without asking why.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them.
