Joining the guest list

Adding your name to the guest list is an expression of interest, not a confirmed seat. Rooms are small on purpose, and we match people to the nights that suit them. We will always tell you clearly when a seat is yours.

Membership

Inner Circle membership is billed monthly at AED 550 through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time and your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred.

At the events

Our experiences depend on everyone being decent company. We ask that you treat other guests, hosts, and venue staff with respect. We may decline or end a membership, without refund, if that is not the case.

Changes and cancellations

Dates, venues, and activities can change for reasons outside our control. If we cancel an experience you have paid for, we will offer you a place at the next one or return what you paid.

Your own responsibility

Some experiences involve physical activity such as golf, padel, or time on the water. You take part at your own risk and should let us know in advance about anything that affects your ability to join in safely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
